Centrifugal fan commissioning is to ensure its safe and stable operation of the key steps. The commissioning process can be divided into the following main links:

1. Pre-installation inspection: ensure that the foundation of the fan is level and firm, the fan is well connected with the motor, the electrical wiring is correct, and there is no looseness or damage. Check the fan impeller and casing for foreign objects.

2. No-load startup: first of all, manually rotate the fan before startup to ensure smooth rotation and no stagnation. Observe the motor current during startup to ensure that it is in the normal range. Check the vibration and noise of the fan during operation to make sure there is no abnormality.

3. Load start: Gradually increase the load, monitor the fan's air volume, wind pressure and other key parameters to ensure that it meets the design requirements. Check the motor load, avoid overload.

4. Performance adjustment: Adjust the air inlet and exhaust port to ensure smooth airflow and avoid blockage. Monitor the vibration and noise during the operation of the fan, and check the motor temperature to ensure that it is in the normal range.

5. Long-term monitoring and optimization: after normal operation of the fan, regularly check the current, voltage, temperature and vibration, timely maintenance.

Through the above commissioning steps, ensure that the fan is efficient and stable operation in actual work.
