These are two 240t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler induced draft fans customized by customers, with air volume not less than 440000m³/h, total pressure not less than 9000pa, and double suction and double support structure, which is more stable in operation.

Stainless steel fans mainly rely on chromium elements to form a protective film to prevent rust, generally not requiring paint. However, since many fans are used outdoors and exposed to wind and sunlight, we recommend customers treat the exterior of the fan with glass beads for effective protection. The glass bead treatment not only enhances the durability of the fan's surface but also effectively prevents surface wear and corrosion.

Domestic customers once again chose SIMO when they were supplying centrifugal fans for the 240,000-ton secondary lead smelting project. This supply includes 8 sets of centrifugal fans for the ring collection and reduction furnace process. These are two high-temperature smoke exhaust centrifugal dust removal fans with an air volume of 103,300 m³/h, a full pressure of 4,500 Pa, and a high temperature resistance of 300°C.

The four centrifugal fan units manufactured by SIMO BLOWER have passed stringent quality inspection and are ready for shipment to a textile captive power plant in Pakistan, where they will provide primary and secondary air power support for a 45-ton boiler.
